Coquitlam is the sixth-largest city in BC and one of the fastest growing, with around 7,400 licensed businesses. They cluster in a few very different places: shops and services around Coquitlam Centre and City Centre, the independent stores of Austin Heights and North Road, and the warehouses, trades and big-box retail along United Boulevard and the Fraser Mills waterfront.

A lot of that is small, owner-run business that has grown past the point where someone in the office can look after the computers on the side. That is the size we work best with: a help desk your staff can actually reach, devices and Microsoft 365 set up the same way for everyone, and backups that have been tested rather than assumed.

Coquitlam is also a commuter city. Many teams split their week between home, the office and job sites across Metro Vancouver, so we put the effort into secure sign-in and remote access that works from anywhere, and into onboarding and offboarding that takes minutes instead of a day.
