      Priced per person

      One flat monthly rate for each person with a login, plus a small fee per managed computer. Shared mailboxes are free.

      Support time included

      Every plan comes with 2 hours of remote support a month. Extra time is billed by the hour and shown on your invoice.

      The main cost is our Managed IT Plan at a flat rate for each person who has their own login. Each computer or laptop we look after adds a small device fee. Microsoft 365 licences and extra support hours are added only if you choose them. Shared or team mailboxes are not counted as people.

      Remote monitoring and patching, managed Microsoft Defender antivirus, Microsoft 365 backup, help desk access by phone and email, and two hours of remote support time every month. Time beyond that is billed by the hour at our standard rates, and you always see it on your invoice.

      No. It is an estimate in Canadian dollars, before GST and PST, based on what you entered. After a short call or a free assessment we send a written, fixed-scope quote, and nothing is billed until you sign a services agreement.

      Hardware, software licences other than Microsoft 365 Business Basic, one-time projects such as new installs or migrations, travel outside our service area and third-party costs are quoted separately. Services marked "priced by quote" are not in the total.

      There is no minimum number of users. Support is billed monthly under a services agreement, and the agreement explains how either side can end it.
